Job exchanges can be useful for online-based recruitment. The state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus has provided its own Job and Qualified specialists exchange for free use. The Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) can also advertise your jobs at your request and, at the same time, enable you to present yourself as an interesting and liberal-minded employer. 

Job advertisements are an important signboard for your company. We shall support you in the design process and advise you on how qualified specialists - regardless of origin, gender and cultural differences - can take a liking to your company. With this in mind, you can, for instance, also refer to the WelcomeCenter's services for people moving into the area and people returning to the area in your job advertisements. We will gladly provide you with the corresponding logo and the link of the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt for this purpose
