Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF)
The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees is a higher federal authority supervised by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Construction and Home Affairs. It is the central authority for migration and integration in Germany. Its tasks include conducting the asylum procedure and organising integration courses nationwide.
