The key to the successful integration of immigrants into German society is their taking up training or employment. This is because it forms the basis for an independent life, social recognition and participation. However, the framework conditions under residence and social law are very complex and require special support and counselling services for those affected. This applies to immigrants as well as to employers, multipliers and people who volunteer on behalf of immigrants. For this reason, a wide range of information services as well as support programmes and government funding tools have been developed in the meantime: They support immigrants in accessing training and employment. They also support companies in the training of immigrants, advise them and provide them with qualified personnel.
