The 12th German Diversity Day takes place this year on 28 May. The day of action was first launched in 2012 and since then annual campaigns have been organised to strengthen the importance of diversity. The German Diversity Day is initiated by Charta der Vielfalt e. V. and promotes diversity and inclusion in organisations. The aim of the day of action is to raise awareness of diversity in the world of work, reduce prejudice and promote inclusive working environments.
