How can local small and medium-sized enterprises attract people with a migrant background, either locally or from abroad, for training or employment? How can they be retained and further supported? What support programmes are available in Dessau-Roßlau and the region?

Our population and therefore our workforce and clientele are becoming increasingly diverse and international. We need to actively shape this opportunity in view of the growing shortage of qualified specialists and demographic change.

With our programme, we offer plenty of space for exchange and numerous opportunities to ask your specific questions. Experts will be on hand at various stands to answer your questions about recruiting, training and integrating your staff. Company representatives will report on how they successfully integrate foreign qualified specialists. Representatives from local municipalities and authorities will support you with practical questions and concerns.
