The WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt invites you to the online seminar "Opportunity Residence Right according to §104c Residence Act" on 09 August 2023 from 2 to 5 pm. Thomas Stöckl, a lawyer and specialist in migration law, will lead through the event.
In addition to a comprehensive presentation of the legal basis, the focus will be on support during implementation. Case studies will be used to illustrate this. There will also be enough time to discuss the questions you have brought with you and to exchange ideas.
The event is aimed at people who provide voluntary or full-time counselling and support to migrants.
