ICT Card
The ICT Card (Intra-Corporate Transfer Card) is a residence permit for third-country nationals who are being transferred to a German branch of their company as part of an intra-corporate transfer. However, they may only work at that company. These individuals are also subject to easier mobility conditions within the EU. For example, they can stay in Germany without a German residence title and also work if they already have a residence title in accordance with the ICT Directive of another EU state.
